Flexport, a tech-driven global logistics company, wanted to reposition itself through premium services and market knowledge. However, they needed our help developing a new brand message along with a refreshed website look and feel, user experience, SEO, and lead generation.

Approach

Our goal was to help Flexport create a cohesive site narrative with concise copy treatments and stylized product visuals. Our dev team integrated with Flexport’s engineer workflows to produce a fully accessible site experience and ran through exhaustive QA to optimize performance across devices and browsers.

Results

We worked to find a balance between comprehensive and digestible content via animated and static product demos. Our team left Flexport a creative playbook, enabling them to maintain and optimize the site in our absence—including design & motion principles and sticker sheets delivered via Figma. After launching, the revamped Flexport website experienced its highest total traffic ever.
