All the Toasters
- LondonRich Mills Co-founder, Director of People Operations
Rich has a background in multi-disciplinary design and has now been in the creative industry longer than he cares to remember. Photoshop was his first love, but sadly they have drifted apart over the years and don't see each other much anymore. It's rumoured Rich has only watched one film in his life (Babe 2: Pig in the City).
- LondonTom Dunn Co-founder, CEO
Tom has a multifaceted background in digital creative and technology. Formerly of Google Creative Lab, with 15+ years experience running creative businesses, building skilled teams worldwide to deliver award-winning creative marketing for brands including Google, YouTube, Samsung and Toyota. - LondonVicki Gallacher-Kilbey Financial Controller
Vicki has a love for dogs, horses, and goats. She also has a love for afternoon naps, although this is generally frowned upon in the office so she tries to keep it to weekends. Vicki always wanted to be an event planner or journalist….she didn’t choose the spreadsheet life, the spreadsheet life chose her!
- LondonRaks Mistry Principal Designer
After his professional foosball career went down in flames due to a strange wrist injury, Raks turned his (good) hand to design.
Today, Raks has got the stabilisers out and is learning to ride a bike again to keep up with his future Tour De France-winning daughter.
- San FranciscoJulie Aubrey Associate Creative Director
Ride or die Californian – you can find Julie anywhere from hiking the trails of Mt. Tam to diving the waters of the Channel Islands and Monterey. She nearly became an underwater photographer but judiciously decided to follow the path of her late grandfather, an Art Director at Ogilvy in the riotous Mad Men era. Julie hasn’t looked back since, and loves pushing pixels as much as being under the sea.
- San FranciscoJanga Militello Designer
Originally from Santa Cruz, Janga has found his home in the more bustling city of San Francisco. Janga likes to incorporate his creative background and love of nature into his creative process. If he is not scouring for new typefaces or annoying his people with unprompted design facts, you can find him hiking Mt. Tam, drinking too much coffee at his corner cafe, or finding new ways to describe something as "cyberpunk".
- SingaporeOliver Dooley Head of Technology, Asia Pacific
Oliver is often sighted tinkering with toys and computing code with the expert help of his children. He loves hiking in Singapore not just because the hills are mere mounds of mud, but mainly a penchant for hot pants (of the breathing kind…we think) and sticky sweat. This also explains why his eyes light up when he hears the sizzle of a barbeque grill. Aah! More sweaty moments ahead.
- San FranciscoJade Santos Senior Digital Project Manager
Born and raised in the Bay Area, the phrase "small but mighty" has followed Jade throughout her years. You can find her jamming out to any genre of music with a fresh pair of Nike Dunk sneakers on her feet, or boots when she needs the extra height. Jade's hobbies include her 9-step skincare routine, new cocktail recipes, horror film marathons, and stopping in her tracks to pet every dog on the street.
- San FranciscoTurner Johnson Associate Creative Director
For Turner, life is mostly a series of triathlons. He spends his time swimming through the Bay or never ending tabs he seems to open, running up mountains or the check at the local vegan joints, and riding bikes or the never ending waves of emotions that come with being a Pittsburgh sports fan.
- LondonBeatriz Gomez Senior Producer
When Beatriz is not working she likes to keep active. That's either going for a walk in nature, working out or taking a contemporary dancing class. When the world isn't suffering from a global pandemic, she loves to travel and visit her family and friends back home in España.
- LondonAnila Patel People Partner
London born and raised, Anila was once on a pathway to accountancy, but dropped out of Uni when she realised she'd rather surround herself with people than numbers. Somehow Anila continues to survive in agency-land despite an outright hatred for coffee - though she does confess to a weakness for anything sweet, which would explain why she gets inundated with cupcakes around annual review time.
- New DelhiShayanika Das Account Manager
If ever there is an alchemy between coffee, science fiction, magic realism, culinary experiments, obscure playlists, and the North East Indian way of life - then the matter that will be created is Shayanika!
- San FranciscoKeely Lewis Digital Project Manager
Originally from Las Vegas, Keely has found a new home in the cooler climate of San Francisco (shoutout Karl the fog). A lover of lox bagels, live music, neon signs, photography, movie theater popcorn, and anything Lego. You can usually find her enjoying a day at the park, trying a new restaurant, or back-left at the concert.
- New DelhiSwati Kapoor Senior Copywriter
Swati is a copywriter by profession and a caption writer by peer-pressure. Curious about human behaviour, she is always picking up nuances to educate herself and reflect them in her work. She loves food. Hates cockroaches. Likes travelling, dislikes driving. Is good at observing, bad at texting. She believes in celebrating small victories, but doesn't believe in cakes on birthdays.
- SingaporeMarco Rotoli Design Director
When it comes to appearances, Marco oozes cool, effortlessly. He’s the only one that had no outfit for Star Wars Secret Cinema, but still somehow pulled the 'Rebel' look off.
When Marco made the big move from our London office to Singapore, his Brompton bike didn't go with him. Rumour has it they had a falling out.
- New DelhiBhawika Chhabra Head of Account Management
Bhawika goes through life one song at a time. Infatuated with Indie, she even DJ'd in New Delhi for a while, but realised it was cutting into her Bukowski reading time.
She lives to socialise, and her dream is to attend every music festival in the world, yes, even the weird zombie themed ones.
- San FranciscoCamille Waterfallen Digital Project Manager
Camille is originally from Louisiana but has been basking in the Los Angeles sunshine for over 4 years now. When not producing, she can be found searching for the best allergy friendly pastries, throwing pottery at local ceramic studios, vibing to live music at small venues, and scouring flea markets and shops for the best vintage fashion finds.
- SingaporeDarius Baker Front-end Developer
Darius loves motorcycles and playing in goal in football, though he's never thought to combine the two. It's his dream to ride all the way to Europe on his Triumph Thruxton and reward himself with a glass of scotch when he reaches the bonnie Highlands. We're unsure if his bike is seafaring.
- San FranciscoKatiana Mashikian Senior Copywriter
Kati is a copywriter by day, rock-N-roller by night. When she's not in the studio you can find her playing a gig at a local music venue, eating a crunchwrap supreme on the beach, watching Good Burger, or DJing on BFF.fm.
- New DelhiAnshul Nagpal Creative Director
Anshul's career has been one huge adventure. From working with two of the best ad agencies to taking a plunge into entrepreneurship and then jumping right back into advertising, he has seen it all. Now, he calls himself "a proud failed-startup owner". Besides slaying it with design, Anshul is a tech geek, pool pro and gamer who can turn any serious conversation around with a well-placed joke.
- New DelhiSrabasti Halder Junior Copywriter
Srabasti's life revolves around feminist literature and poetry of all kinds. She once wrote a poem about a 'dancing boy' in fifth grade and it turned out to be terrible, but since then she has never stopped writing. She now resides in Goa and often takes a swim in the sea. She is also a bad swimmer. Although she gets paid to write now, introducing herself anywhere makes her wonder "why are they paying me for this?".
- LondonDominic Healey Creative Director
A brummie without the accent, bab, Dominic has been told he looks like Ewan McGregor, Conor McGregor and Sue Perkins. Apart from being a celebrity impersonator, Dominic was also a farmer and ice cream man before becoming an advertising creative, where he's honed his creative talents working in London, India, China, South Korea and… Milton Keynes.
- San FranciscoJohanness Goldberg Senior Digital Project Manager
Pronounced like Johannesburg. However you call her, she'll be there for you. Like when you need food recommendations, a snack, or need "help" finishing a bag of chips. She'll find (and eat) her way through any kitchen. When she's not stuffing her face, she's easily entertained, and thus has many hobbies, making everything from candles to costumes.
- San FranciscoJames Philipps Executive Creative Director
James’ unhealthy obsession with SF Bay Area sports hasn’t been curbed by the life changing events of having two children in three years. As a true California native, James lives a life free of gluten, bad juju and mediocre design.
- New DelhiShivesh Ahuja Account Manager
A media geek in the day and a Netflix hogger by night. Shivesh takes pride in dreaming to be the star of a feature film one day, but his desire to sleep an extra minute keeps him grounded. He’s into fashion, music, movies and everything in between. From being a great listener to a go-to friend you can count on him for anything – except sharing his food.
- LondonJohn Hughes Senior Digital Designer
John nearly went to university to be an Archaeologist, but when he found out it was nothing like Indiana Jones, he decided to go to art college instead. His passion for design was born from a love of Marinetti, Carson, Rams & Bass. When he's not designing, John loves to galavant around the world for music festivals, but also just for the hell of getting lost in a place where he can't ask for directions.
- LondonJoann DeLanoy Managing Director UK
A queen of spreadsheets and truster of intuition, Joann is here to lead the mission. Hailing from New York, she's our London operating torque. Ask Joann for a reading of any kind, she'll show you you're a mastermind.
- New DelhiRitika Singh Designer
Ritika’s day starts with a bowl of ice-cream for breakfast and she pretends to never have enough clothes to wear. Her art is inspired by her personal history – memories and vulnerabilities that compels people to think, question, connect with and understand the idea behind creating. When not exploring all of Goa, she likes to sit with her cat in the balcony and listen to Parvaaz.
- San FranciscoAlex King Art Director

- New DelhiIra Gupta Executive Creative Director
A reliable source tells us Ira is "The best. Very funny in jokes. Sweet to everybody and welcoming. A darling. Very good. She's good at icehockey and bumping cars. She does trips and plays and movies and game parlours all the time. She's a charming superhero." We wouldn't question an 8 year old boy's opinion about Ira, even if he is her own son.
- New DelhiAnubhuti Tiwari Art Director
All roads lead to one’s self. It’s what Anubhuti said when we asked her why she’s an Art Director. After working in the advertising world as UI/UX, interaction and graphic design professional, she ventured on her own and established a branding studio named Duet. Everything she does is an exercise in self-discovery.
- SingaporePeter Solomon Senior Account Director
Peter believes that there's nothing worse than sitting on the sidelines watching the parade go by, which is why he's been injured 3 times because of work shoots. When in Singapore, he occupies his time hunting for spicy food with his friends. Otherwise, you can find him around South East Asia, most likely at a poker tournament, lamenting his bad luck after being done in at the river.
- SingaporeDorothy Yew Managing Director, Asia Pacific
Fast and furry – that would be Dorothy's definition of her current life. Her furkid Bella is the love child of House Cavalier KC and House Poodle. Her career reads like a high octane road trip that spans several cities with her in the driver's seat propelling creative marques like Toaster towards stardom. At pit stops, Dorothy slows down to enjoy picnics on the beach with both husband and cavoodle.
- LondonTsui-Sie Baker-Wong Finance Assistant

- SingaporeManisha Sharma Creative Group Head - Copy

- SingaporeAung Cho Zan Multimedia Designer
Originally from Myanmar, Zan loves classic animation; his childhood dream was to be a full-time animator at Warner Brothers, working on the next generation of Looney Tunes. A big metalhead, Zan can often be seen head-banging whilst working, sometimes even with headphones on.
- New DelhiAmogh Sharma Social Media Manager
The story of Amogh’s mythological origins remains cryptic. He introduces himself as Satan’s right hand man, and has employed his dark craft at the service of brands both mythic and legendary. Apart from sorcery, he likes long walks, contemplation and puppers. He is also the drummer of a heavy metal band. Please, let's refrain from stereotyping.
- SingaporeFarhan Haniff Art Director
Farhan had a dream to become a rockstar. However, alas, the harsh realities of life got to him and he's since opted for a more pragmatic approach to life. Despite this, we do occasionally catch him staring out of the window whilst working and we suspect that he still daydreams about being that rockstar.
- New DelhiLovika Sachdeva Junior Designer
Philosopher at heart Lovika loves to dig deep in perspective and smile at awkward situations. When she is not designing, she loves being a coffee connoisseur and strolling around the streets of Delhi, finding aesthetics everywhere. Her fondness for fashion and posing makes her explore styling and street shopping on weekends.
- San FranciscoAli Burney Designer
Ali is a pandora's box of humor—sometimes it's a dad joke, other times it's an oddly relatable gif. Aside from his self-proclaimed role as a comedian, Ali can be found dusting off his wizard hat and slaying goblins with his friends in Dungeons & Dragons.
- LondonSimon Bernal Director of Finance & Operations
Simon hails from South Shields (Mother) by way of Bogota (Father) to now reside in Oxford. However, his accent says differently. Wanna hear a rich tapestry of tales from an eventful past? Just buy him a whisky. Just make sure you keep the receipt!
- San FranciscoMichelle Diaz Illustrator
Originally hailing from Miami, Michelle spent several years living near other large bodies of water before landing in the Bay Area, mostly due to her love of seals, hiking and sourdough bread. When she's not doodling, she can be found bothering her 2 cats, planning her next Halloween costume or trying to master the perfect custard recipe.
- New DelhiAnanya Banga Senior Copywriter
Ananya never thought she’ll end up writing for a living. Yet, here she is, working in advertising and dreaming of finishing a book that hasn’t been started. She looks up conspiracy theories in her free time whilst teasing her dog Doodle, when in fact Doodle is more than capable of teasing her in return for the pink Vespa she drives around Goa. To reiterate, sign her up for utterly chaotic travel plans because she’s always in for those.
- New DelhiTripti Arora Art Director
In her own words, Tripti likes "everything and everyone", this has flagged to us that she's been getting an easy-ride. Only tight deadlines from now on.

She has lived in Eden ever since.
- San FranciscoSusannah Bard Managing Director (USA)
Two words, one hashtag: #RelationshipGoals. That’s exactly how every client would describe their relationship with Susannah. Between the hustle and bustle of work, you might find her out with her pup, Johnny Cash, or whistling a tune while riding off into the sunset on her horse, Louie.
- New DelhiAnjali Singh Finance & Office Administration Assistant
Someone you can bank on (literally!), our finance pro Anjali is both passionate and proactive. On weekdays, she manages the company's finances like a boss. On weekends, she aces her tennis matches as easily as she creates appealing clay art.
- New DelhiKaran Mujoo Group Head - Copy
Before joining Toaster, Karan took a 'break' from advertising. He somehow landed in a South Indian Martial Arts Ashram where he was attacked by an ostrich and had to sleep in the company of frogs. Still, the excitement was no match for the topsy-turvy world of advertising. So, after a deep meditation interrupted by mating calls of raccoons, he decided to leave the local fauna behind and rejoin the rat race.
- San FranciscoRyann Gonsalves Operations Manager
Life-long bay area glowworm of a human. Ryann is a musician and artist who also enjoys traveling and soaking up the fog and the occasional sun in Golden Gate Park. She has handfuls of short poems based on things she overhears walking around the city, loves her cats endlessly, and is a vegan food connoisseur.
- SingaporeKencana Kesuma Principal Full Stack Engineer
When our Full Stack Engineer isn't engineering full stacks, she's hurtling around the world on a quest to find out what she's allergic to. So far, she has found out that prawns, raisins, walnuts, and tall grass will kill her; but against all medical advice, continues to call herself "Kencana" - which curiously translates to "hey, it's going to be alright" in Korean.
- LondonSarah Palmer Crow Resource Operations Manager
Originally a country girl from Lincolnshire, Sarah now lives in Hackney. A lover of multiple to-do lists, gin martinis, leopard print, red lipstick, beauty products and Katy Perry. - San FranciscoLauren O'Halloran Director of Production
Lauren arrived in the Bay Area from her hometown of Chicago in 2012 and hasn’t looked back since. She happily returned to Toaster as a boomerang in 2021 (to relive Ibiza offsite memories, if nothing else). When she’s not in producer mode, she can be found at her local Pilates studio or telling anyone who'll listen about what’s going on in the astrological world.
- New DelhiDisha Mukherji Social Media Manager
A Politics & Social Anthropology graduate turned Social Media queen, Disha plunged into the world of digital like a pro. Writer by day, unicorn by night, she is a lover of all things hologram, neon and maximalist. When it comes to travel, she would rather be by the beach. But all year round, she simply travels through her taste buds.
