We evolved the 30-minute delivery promise from a functional convenience to a catalyst for thoughtful, spontaneous connection. Anchored by the line “Pyaar baantte chalo” (Love delivered in a heartbeat), we crafted a connected narrative universe that celebrates diverse forms of love, from bromance to family bonds, demonstrating that meaningful gestures can occur in an instant.
Challenge
In a high-velocity market, Myntra M-Now needed to transcend its functional utility and establish itself as the preferred destination for thoughtful Valentine’s Day gifting. The challenge was to position the platform’s 30-minute delivery not just as a logistical feat but as an enabler of meaningful expression, providing access to thousands of curated options at a moment's notice.
Approach
We moved beyond Valentine’s clichés to celebrate different forms of love, grounded in the insight that thoughtful gifting never goes out of style. A single delivery partner links each story, and in the end, receives a gift himself - humanising the journey and closing the loop.
Results
The campaign set a new creative benchmark for the category by humanising quick commerce through a simple narrative loop. While final performance results are still being consolidated, the campaign achieved high VTRs - which validates that the creative films were engaging and holding attention.
