Creating engaging brand collateral to attract young talent

Challenge

Multiverse is a tech startup on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders through high-quality apprenticeship programmes.

They came to us with a need to create a broad range of engaging collateral to attract their young target audience – all while feeling like a true extension of the Multiverse brand.

Approach

We hit the ground running, working collaboratively with the in-house team. We tackled a wide range of projects, from crafting compelling social media content to developing educational welcome packs, creating concise fact sheets, and designing an annual prospectus for apprentices.

We didn't stop there. As a trusted partner on branded content creation, we brainstormed with our clients on an opportunity for International Women's Day. Together, we launched a mini social campaign to encourage more women to apply for software engineering apprenticeships.
