We helped Netflix launch 'Moments,' a revamped mobile feature for members to clip and share iconic scenes. Through our partnership, we turned this product update into a powerful tool for meme-worthy conversations and fan-driven marketing.
Challenge
Netflix came to us to help them announce a ‘Moments’ feature upgrade – allowing members to easily clip, save, and share their favorite scenes. The original ask was simple: create a demo video and some imagery for blog & social content – but we felt there was a bigger opportunity.
Approach
Seeing the potential for this sticky new feature to connect members on and off the platform, we pushed to develop a launch campaign over three strategic phases: 1) Announce; 2) Inspire; 3) Sustain. Anchored to content from hit shows like Wednesday, we proactively delivered branded taglines, conceptual scripts, storyboards, videos, and 'cast reaction' social content – ultimately collected in an extendable creative toolkit.

This plug-and-play framework empowered Netflix to showcase an exciting product advancement across regions and functions – while positioning Moments as a powerful tool for sparking organic, fan-driven marketing.
