Toaster, the award-winning global independent agency, elevates Sharon To to Head of Production, EMEA. Sharon’s appointment further strengthens Toaster’s senior leadership in the region, following the recent hires of David Plunkett as Technical Director, EMEA/US and Tim Ward as Creative Director, EMEA.

Sharon boasts an impressive 18-year career in production, honed at top agencies like Rehab Studios, R/GA London, and M&C Saatchi. Throughout her journey, she's delivered a diverse range of projects for world-renowned clients including Coca-Cola, BMW Mini, UNICEF, Microsoft, and Unilever.

Beyond just producing successful campaigns, Sharon is passionate about shaping both projects and teams, leading them to achieve award-winning recognition - including Toaster’s recent ‘Don’t bin it, just flex it’ campaign for Google ChromeOS Flex which received accolades from B2B Marketing Awards and The Drum Awards.
