While Q4 is often a season of planning ahead, wrapping up projects, and shifting into holiday mode, here in San Francisco we had something extra to celebrate: a big new addition to the team. This fall, we welcomed Kate Torres as our new Executive Producer, and in just her first month, she’s already made a meaningful impact on how we work, collaborate, and think about what’s possible.
Kate joins Toaster with nearly two decades of experience leading creative production across brand, digital, social, and film. Most recently, as Head of Production at Patreon, she helped shape the voice of a platform built for creators, spearheading integrated campaigns across brand, product, and growth. Prior to that, Kate brought her production leadership to an impressive roster of global brands including Levi’s, Audi, Reebok, Chipotle, Fitbit, Sambazon, 3M, and PlayStation, delivering standout work across both agency and in-house teams.
She brings a sharp creative eye, a steady hand in complex builds, and a deep care for the people and process behind the work. We couldn’t be more excited to have her on board and we’re thrilled for our clients to benefit from her leadership in the year ahead.
