What You’ll Bring:

• Excellence in creative collaboration, communication, and problem-solving
• Superior understanding of advertising, marketing and visual design principles
• Strong knowledge of responsive/accessible interactive design, brand identity design, UI design, conceptual campaigns and social content
• Expertise in creative composition, effective visual hierarchy, colour theory, graphic fundamentals and typography
• Thorough understanding of production requirements for both online and offline deliverables
• Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and writing
• Sketching out storyboards and mocks for animation, video and illustration direction
• Experience collaborating with illustrators and designers
• Gracefully handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Brainstorming with a team and by yourself where required
• Excellent proficiency with primary software packages — Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Ability to effectively articulate sound recommendations, both internally and with our clients
