As a producer at Toaster, you are an integrated production allrounder who is confident, meticulous, and resourceful. You are ultimately responsible for managing projects, collaborating with clients and delivering end-to-end to the highest standard.

As a digital production guru, you recognize a strong brief and understand production management, integrated campaigns, social content, video, animation, branding, websites, and emerging technologies.

You are a master of process, helping manage and maintain the quality of delivery at Toaster. Collaborating with creatives while partnering with clients, you will own multiple jobs from inception to conclusion, keeping every project, large or small, in order.

You are a problem solver: always working hard to streamline the creative pipeline, managing workload, finances, and documentation. You can break down complex client requests and build plans to achieve successful delivery.

What you’ll bring

• Experience working as a Producer/Project Manager within an agency environment - communications/marketing/production preferred
• Strong digital knowledge
• The ability to manage a wide range of projects with a focus on quality, budgets and timings
• Experience in the full project lifecycle ranging from client brief through strategy, creative, design, copywriting, asset creation, production, execution and delivery
• Professional presentation and client-facing skills
• Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to find creative solutions to resource and time constraints
