As Social Media Strategist you’re a highly motivated, analytical individual with a passion for creativity and proven experience in data-driven digital planning, social listening and social media strategy.

We are looking for a mid level (or highly ambitious junior planner) who wants to work on an award-winning, idea-lead team. You will be working with our Executive Strategy Director on the development of world-class social projects, primarily for one of the biggest digital brands on the planet. We need a rigorous thinker who is happy to engage with data to build effective digital strategies based in solid analytics, evidence and strategic storytelling.

You will be driving social media marketing and digital advertising for blue-chip brands, using data-driven research to analyse digital-first audiences, their conversational, engagement patterns and trends, examining digital media behaviours and pathways to build channel plans and consumer journeys, developing integrated digital media plans from the highest level campaign objectives and all the way down to the creative briefs for channel messaging and posts. We hope you can inspire us with your data-lead findings, able to present social media insights in the most compelling possible way to a creative team and creative client that enjoys conversation and who appreciates numbers.


  • Develop high level plans and strategies using social media analytics and data-lead storytelling
  • Create large scale campaign objectives and build content editorial calendars to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Build effective channel plans and digital consumer journeys that orchestrate campaigns across multiple objectives and platforms
  • Execute and analyse the performance of social media strategies with consumer data, competitive analysis, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
