Social Media Strategist, Singapore

As a Digital and Social Media Strategist you’re a highly motivated, analytical individual with a passion for creativity and proven experience in data-driven digital planning, social listening and social media strategy.

We are looking for a mid level strategist to help develop, implement and execute digital advertising and social media strategies for our various brand clients and new business pitches. You will be working with our Strategy Director and award-winning, idea-led creatives on the development of world-class digital and social projects, primarily for one of the biggest digital brands on the planet.

The ideal candidate is a rigorous thinker with good understanding of Asian brand and consumer insights, practical knowledge of digital and social media platforms and metrics, and is happy to roll up sleeves in a flat organisation to be involved in projects end-to-end — insights, strategy, concept, executions, measuring and optimisation.

We are a fully remote agency so you will fit right in if you are a self-starter, independent and driven individual.


  • Research and discovery of brand, market and consumer insights and opportunities using tools and practical knowledge of digital and social landscape, trends and metrics.
  • Development of creative digital and social media strategies that meet the clients’ brief, goals and KPIs accordingly.
  • Developing data and insight-led consumer journeys and channel mapping to optimise campaign outcomes
  • Working with the creative teams to create game-changing ideas that are innovative and push the boundaries in digital, social and new media (including social, influencer, and metaverse)
  • Apply your strong understanding of digital and social platforms, trends and behaviours to provide advice and best-practices to internal teams and clients.
  • Manage and provide support for the reporting and analysis of digital and social campaigns, inclusive of detailed analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Presentations and client-facing engagements to communicate strategies, ideas and results in English.


  • 3-5 years of experience as a Digital and/ or Social Media Strategist or similar role
  • Experience working on successful campaigns with big consumer brands and regional clients
  • Excellent knowledge of digital and social media platforms, trends and best practices. Key channels include digital ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube.
  • Good understanding of digital and social media metrics, and has experience in using research, social listening, measurement and/ or reporting tools.
  • Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skill
  • Influencer marketing or engagement experience is a big plus
  • Fluent in English and strong 2nd Asian language is a plus
