As a Producer at Toaster LDN, you are an integrated production allrounder, confident, meticulous and resourceful. You are ultimately responsible for managing projects, collaborating with clients and delivering end-to-end to the highest standard.

A digital production guru; you recognize a strong brief, understand production management; integrated campaigns, social content, video, animation, branding, websites and emerging technologies.

You are a master of process: helping manage and maintain the quality of delivery at Toaster. Collaborating with creatives while partnering with clients, you will own multiple jobs from inception to conclusion, keeping every project large or small in order.

You are a problem solver: always working hard to streamline the creative pipeline, managing workload, finances, and documentation. You are able to break down complex client requests and build plans to achieve successful delivery.

You are a relationship builder: working with and supporting the London team and other key global team members, you will develop and strengthen client relationships with spirit.

What you’ll be doing

Project management:

  • Manage integrated projects with a variety of deliverables, ranging from video, animation, branding, print, social content and websites
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously from brief to delivery in a fast environment
  • Independently create and manage project level documentation such as scopes of work, slides, briefs, detailed project timelines
  • Uphold regional production processes such as security, privacy and diversity requirements
  • Maintain project financial reports
  • Update client contact reports and team project status
  • Present concepts internally and for client review
  • Initiate client reviews and QA checks at the appropriate milestones
  • Ensure team are delivering on-brief and on-brand
  • Oversee and support Technical Design Documentation creation
  • Flag project risks, develop contingency plans
  • Attend weekly resource meetings and update resource management systems
  • Discuss technical solutions with team members and clients
  • Offer simple solutions to complex problems :)

Client management:

  • Maintain and grow key client relationships
  • Run client status meetings
  • Understand and respond to our day to day client needs
  • Develop good working relationships with clients
  • Support on-boarding of new clients
  • Collaborate with team leads on new business opportunities
