Job Summary
As a Junior Producer / Project Coordinator at Toaster EMEA, you will have exemplary communication skills, be confident, meticulous, and resourceful, and work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure all creative work moves smoothly through the studio. You will work closely with all departments across the agency to keep projects on track and clients happy!

Reporting to the Head of Production, you will support the producers as they collaborate with the creatives and partner with the clients to produce our very best work. You are a natural people person. Working with and supporting the EMEA team, you will aid the development and strengthen client relationships with confidence and authority.

No two days will be the same; one day, you could be helping to brief a creative team; the next day, researching a production partner, and the next day working on a post for the Toaster social channels. At Toaster, we don’t work in silos, and the production team is at the very heart of the agency.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the producers as they manage a wide range of globally integrated campaigns with various deliverables, ranging from (but not limited to) video, animation, branding, print, social content and websites.
  • Work with the producers to help create and manage project-level documentation, scopes of work/change requests / detailed project timelines.
  • Attend weekly resource meetings and flag resource needs as required, working with the Head of Production and producers to identify the best team casting for each project.
  • Under the guidance of the Head of Production and the People team, complete all freelancer request paperwork.
  • Maintain the Toaster Creative freelance directory, adding to it as required.
  • Ensure client invoices are uploaded/submitted as required, working closely with the Toaster finance team.
  • Attend client meetings, creating detailed contact reports to be circulated to client and Toaster teams.
  • Develop good working relationships with clients and help with their daily requests as required.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure projects are logged and recorded correctly and in real-time on our resource management platform, Float.
  • Ensure the project Google Drive is maintained, and processes are adhered to.
  • Support the Production team in researching clients, production partners and third parties.

What you’ll bring

  • Beneficial to have experience working as a Junior Producer / Project Coordinator at startups, creative agencies or in-house teams - communications/marketing/production preferred or currently working as a PA and looking to move into a creative production role
  • Ideally an understanding of the project lifecycle ranging from client brief through strategy, creative, design, copywriting, asset creation, production, execution and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in creative and digital technology
