Digital Designer, London

The role

You’ll be a visionary: pushing the envelope of what’s possible, with a talented eye for design and a keen attention to detail. From hand-drawn concepts to art direction treatments and design styles, you spin creative briefs into engaging and memorable digital design.

You are a digital thinker: obsessed with ideas and technology, you know the digital landscape inside and out, able to perfectly visualise product stories, create cutting-edge websites, apps, interfaces, digital campaigns, and engaging user experiences.

You are a collaborator: working side by side Creatives, UX and Developers, you will add exciting ideas to the mix, helping deliver polished digital concepts, design-led projects, plus a range of cross-platform design work.

You are a sponge: eager to discover the latest and greatest techniques, programs, processes, and training.

Please note, this role is to work on a retained client.


  • Translate complex thinking into simple and eye catching, pixel perfect design

  • Articulate and present ideas/treatments internally and to clients

  • Prioritise and self-manage time from concept to delivery

  • Deliver a range of concepts and designs for a broad range of clients

  • Keep up with industry trends and development

  • Stay at the cutting edge of new technologies, softwares and processes that will allow you to get your job done more efficiently and to a higher standard

  • Continue training, research, and personal development

  • Comfortable following existing style guides or to create your own

  • Work in a structured and logical manner, befitting a digital designer

  • Possess an impeccable attention to detail

  • Take pride in the output of the agency as a whole, working with other members of the team to ensure all output is of the highest standard

  • Interface with the technical and production teams to ensure that work is feasible and completed on time

  • Eat briefs for breakfast. Work fast, accurately and to the highest standard

Required skills & experience:

  • Experience working in a creative agency

  • Exceptional digital design skills

  • Experience working across a wide range of digital and web projects

  • Proficiency in using Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop and Marvel

  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently

  • Passion for digital technology, creativity and communication

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently on a brief but knowing when to flag when they need support

  • Confidence to challenge the status quo

Bonus points for:

  • Strong motion design skills and proficiency in After Effects
